Why we called it Roots
Surface cleaning looks fine for about a week. We named the business after the thing that actually matters: getting underneath, where the dirt starts.
Roots Cleaning Services Ltdis a London-based cleaning company working across London and Luton. We're new. The company was set up in 2026, and we'd rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise.
What we're not new at is the work. The business runs on a written checklist: exactly what a finished room looks like, applied the same way on every visit. It means the standard doesn't drift, and it doesn't depend on which of our ten cleaners walks through the door.
Everyone on the team is DBS-checked. We bring our own equipment and eco-friendly products as standard, and we'll switch what we use if there are allergies, pets, or small children in the house. If we're cleaning while you're out, we'll agree a safe place for keys with you first.
Most of our work is offices and commercial premises, where we can fit around your hours rather than the other way round. Evenings and out-of-hours slots are available, and we take same-day jobs when we can.
